DescriptionNative Ways Primitive Campground is a unique and private night in a Crow or Sioux tipi. For your experience, we have 4 tipis on 25 wooded acres.
After you arrive at the parking lot, enjoy your hike to your tipi site, possibly seeing wild deer, turkeys, rabbits or birds. You can bring your own sleeping bags and necessities, or when you make your reservations, ask us to have your tipi site all set up for you! You will have to ask about the many options available for you! Each tipi site has a tipi (of course), wash basin and water, picnic table, lantern and garbage can.
In the evening there is a central campfire area for you to enjoy when fire restrictions allow. Then enjoy your tipi experience in the privacy of a wooded area, set off by yourself! The stars at night, clean air, view and quiet are all complimentary.
Check-in time is 5:00pm and check out is at noon. The entire area is yours to explore, just respect the other three tipi sites privacy! Enjoy!
