Unity in Our Community Music Festival - Billings

The Community Housing Resource Board (CHRB) presents the first annual 'Unity in Our Community Music Festival" on September, 11, 2009 at 7:00pm. The concert will be held at the historic Babcock Theater situated in the heart of downtown Billings. In 2002, pianist Rick DellaRatta was asked to lead a band of ethnically diverse musicians. Since then, Rick and his band, now called , JAZZ FOR PEACE have performed over 350 Benefit Concerts to raise funds, publicity and awareness for outstanding organizations in need worldwide. The concert is a benefit for the CHRB, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to eradicate illegal housing discrimination in the Billings area and crate an open and welcoming community for all persons who choose to live here.
