Celebrate the fall season by experiencing the Valley's finest foods and flavors. The Flathead Valley Community College Foundation will host its second annual 'Festival of Flavors' event. The week-long gala will consist of various events including: our pre-kick-off event with Chef James Monroe of the Cutting Board in Eureka, Montana cooking up his nationally renowned Bubba Burgers; an FVCC Chef's Table dinner; Great Chefs dinners featuring intimate evenings with some of the Valley's top chefs; a sushi and sake 'roll your own' dinner; a microbrew event; and a grand wine tasting event featuring over 100 choice wines to sample and winery representatives on hand to educate guests about the wines and the art of wine and food pairing. Join acclaimed entrepreneur and Chef James Monroe of The Cutting Board in Eureka, Montana, as he cooks up his nationally renowned Bubba Burgers, voted the best burger in the Ultimate Hometown Grill Off sponsored by "Live! With Regis and Kelly." Beer will be provided by Flathead Beverage. Tickets are $20 each and must be purchased in advance. The Flathead Valley Community College Foundation and Festival of Flavors present a fun-filled evening featuring some of the Valley's best beers from the brewers of Tamarack Brewing Co. and Great Northern Brewing Co. paired with delectable food prepared by Chef Roger Vanlandingham of Tamarack Brewing Company Alehouse and Grill. The event will take place at the Culinary Design Studio from 7-9 p.m. Tickets are $125 each. Seating is extremely limited, and interested parties are strongly encouraged to call early for reservations.

The Flathead Valley Community College Foundation will culminate its second annual Festival of Flavors celebration with a 'Grand Wine Tasting Event' featuring samplings of the Valley's finest foods, over 100 choice wines to sample and winery representatives on hand to educate guests about the wines and the art of wine and food pairing. The event will take place from 7-10 p.m. at Hilton Garden Inn in Kalispell. Tickets are $75 each, and proceeds support the FVCC student scholarship program.
Guest must be at least 21 years of age to attend the events and no outside beverages can be permitted at any of the events.
