DescriptionOur southside and downtown lobbies are open Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our drive-up hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm. The only drive-up open on Saturdays is the southside location. It is open Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. We have FASTLINE 24-hour banking. The number is 1-800-US BANKS (800-872-2657).
We provide these services to people who are not members of our financial institution or don't have an account with us; travelers checks - purchasing and cashing, credit card advances, wires - incoming PUPID, outgoing - cash for non-customers.
We offer Canadian currency exchange. For currencies other than Canadian, orders must be placed in advance as there is a waiting period of five days. We handle money transfers.
