If you're looking for exceptional lodging close to Glacier National Park or Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort, the Garden Wall Inn is the perfect choice. Conveniently located in downtown Whitefish, Montana, the Inn is the ideal base for your Montana adventure.
Consistently recognized for excellence, The Garden Wall Inn has been catering to discerning travelers since 1987. The impeccably restored 1920s house-turned-inn offers five luxurious guestrooms, each furnished with period antiques, wonderfully comfortable beds, and luxury linens. The private baths have oversized claw-foot tubs. The scrumptious three-course breakfasts featuring local produce and products are prepared by chef/owner Rhonda Fitzgerald and chef/owner Chris Schustrom. The Inn's great location is just a one-block tree-lined walk from downtown Whitefish's charming shops, restaurants, and nightspots. The Innkeepers are keen explorers of the outdoors and are happy to share their extensive knowledge of Glacier National Park, Whitefish, Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort, and the surrounding area.
The Inn is a short 25-minute drive from world renowned Glacier National Park, 'The Crown of the Continent.' In winter, the skiing, both cross-country and downhill, is fabulous and uncrowded. Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort, one of the largest in North America, is famous for deep snow, short lift lines, and BIG terrain. The cross-country skiing is endless, from groomed trail touring to backcountry exploring.
