Off the beaten path, Broken Arrow Lodge is located in the Snowcrest Mountain Range in southwest Montana with an extensive view of the beautiful Ruby Valley, with the prestigious Ruby River flowing through the Lodge property and only a moments walk from the Lodge.

In our lodge, we offer comfortable rooms and home cooked meals in a home like atmosphere. A hot tub and satellite TV are available to enhance your stay. Our front porch with its extensive view of the beautiful Ruby Valley gives new meaning to the word relaxation.

We offer personalized service, not commercial service. Experienced guides for wade or float fishing. Fly fishing instruction at the lodge or on the river.

We offer a wide variety of activities to satisfy the whole family. Hiking, horseback riding, pack trips, river swimming, scenic rides, wildlife viewing, western history, gold panning, garnet digging, and late night campfires. We customize our services to fit your needs.

There are many different options to choose from. Whether it be guided or unguided, wade or float, lake, stream, or pond. Our private pond is stocked with rainbows. It is the ideal place to learn to fish or practice your presentation.

The Broken Arrow Lodge is located approximately 25 miles from Alder. In Alder, turn west at the Alder market and proceed towards the Ruby Dam which is about 7 miles south of Alder. Stay on the highway and continue past the Dam. A few miles past the Dam the pavement ends; continue on the gravel and remain on the main road. There is a Y in the road about 13.5 miles from Alder; stay left. There will be another Y in the road about 20.1 miles from Alder; stay left again. Continue on main road, past the Snowcrest Ranch and 2 miles past the Upper Canyon Ranch. The Lodge is located on the right hand side of the road, up on the hill, and is visible from the main road. The Lodge has log siding that is stained cedar color with brown trim. There is a overhead sign on the gate where you turn to access the road to the Lodge.
