DescriptionBar 88 Horses - Wolfpack Outfitters offers custom designed horseback opportunities tailored to the adventure request and skill level of YOUR group. Trips involve day rides and overnight packtrips. Our rides are unique in that we meet you at a pre-selected forest trailhead and we accommodate your individual group. We rarely ride the same trails more than 3 or 4 times so our horses are fresh and attentive. This is NOT a typical single-file horseback ride you might expect. Our rides are fun, scenic, and tailored to you. Children are welcome. Horseback rides are available May 1st - October 15th.
During the autumn months Wolfpack Outfitters offers 7-day elk and mule deer hunts. Private ranch hunts, as well as pack-in wilderness hunts are offered. Hunts are conducted by Jeff and his local guides who specialize in rifle and archery elk hunts.
DirectionsBar 88 Horses - Wolfpack Outfitters is located near Ennis (off Highway 287) in southwest Montana’s Madison Valley. We are a one-hour drive from the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The Gallatin Field Airport is 60 miles away near Bozeman. Also, the historic gold mining towns of Virginia City and Nevada City are nearby (14 miles away).
