Christmas Stroll and Parade of Lights - Sidney

Night parade features entries with Christmas lights, carolers and Santa. Each year a different theme challenges the community's creativity and ensures a wide variety of entries. The parade kicks off the Christmas shopping season, all stores are open for the evening with brightly lit and decorated windows. The Christmas Stroll features food booths, arts and crafts booths and entertainment - all outdoors. Retail businesses have extended hours to kick off the Christmas shopping season. Santa's workshop helps to entertain the children with hands-on crafts and Santa photos are also available as well as visits with Santa.

Parade begins at the Pamida parking lot (1200 block South Central) and proceeds on Central Avenue north for 14 blocks. The Stroll takes place in the heart of downtown Sidney, in the 100 blocks of north and south Central Avenue, and east and west Main Street.
