H. Earl Clack Memorial Museum - Havre

The H. Earl Clack Museum has excellent dioramas illustrative of the history and development of this area. The museum offers interpretive displays correlated with archaeological findings in the nearby Wahpka Chug'n bison kill site. In addition to the exhibits, daily guided tours at the archaeological site and of historic Fort Assinniboine are available. The museum also houses an exhibit of dinosaur eggs and embryos found nearby that are 75 million years old. The Clack Museum is one of the attractions along Montana's Dinosaur Trail. The Museum is free to visit.
