Bambu Bar and Asian Bistro - Big Sky

The Bambu Bar & Asian Bistro is a hip bar and bistro serving Pan Asian cuisine with a twist. At the Bambu we have a passion for food and fun. Ski right to the door and relive your days adventures over a cocktail and live music during happy hour. Dinner service begins at 6:00pm with a diverse selection of Thai, Chinese and Japanese dishes and Big Sky's only sushi bar (non-smoking during dinner hours). Some of our menu items are: Bambu lettuce wraps, Thai sesame wings, pot stickers, crispy honey shrimp, Mongolian beef, seared tuna, and banana spring rolls.

Serving healthy Pan Asian cuisine daily during the winter ski season from Thanksgiving to mid April from 3:00pm - 2:00am. Summer season is early June to early October serving Tuesday through Saturdays from 5:00pm - 2:00am.
