Description
Our vacation retreat is located in the town of Emigrant in the Paradise Valley. We are 5 minutes from a small plane airport and 55 minutes from the Bozeman airport. We are 30 minutes from the northern entrance to Yellowstone National Park. We have spectacular mountain views and three acres of common ground. We are minutes away from Chico Hot Springs Resort where you can enjoy the hot springs pools, fine dining, a day spa and entertainment. We are 25 minutes from Livingston with gourmet restaurants, community theatres, movie theatres, art galleries and unique shops. Come enjoy world-class trout fishing, big game hunting, skiing, horseback riding and river rafting on the Yellowstone River.
Our vacation home is newly furnished and the full kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils. We have two bedrooms on the second floor with queen size beds, dressers, large walk-in closets and pillows, blankets, down comforters, etc. In the living room we have a queen size and full size comfort sleeper sofas. There is a full bathroom in the master bedroom on the second floor and a full bathroom/laundry room on the main floor. We provide sheets, towels and paper goods to begin your trip.
May 22 - September 21 $1,025 per week, $200 per night - 3 night minimum
September 22 - November 30 $875 per week, $155/night - 2 night minimum
December 1 - March 31 $750 per week, $140/night - 2 night minimum
April 1 - May 21 $925 per week, $175/night - 2 night minimum
$150 refundable security deposit
$75 Cleaning fee
7% Lodging tax
Directions
From the Bozeman Gallatin Airport take I-90 East to Livingston, take Exit 333/US Highway 89 South to Old Yellowstone Trail, turn right in Emigrant at the flashing yellow light. The road winds to the left and to the right. Drive to Avalon Court, turn left and look for 9A in the second townhouse building.
