DescriptionRainbow Creek Trail (28) travels from the junction of East Fork Trail 27 to the Lake Plateau and Custer National Forest. In conjunction with East Fork Trail 27, this is the most popular trail in the Big Timber Ranger District.

DirectionsRainbow Creek Trail is located 25 miles south of Big Timber on US Highway 298, then 24 miles south on County Road 212. Connects to East Fork Trail 27. Access may be limited in spring, fall and winter due to snow.
