Going-to-the-Sun Road Shuttle - Glacier National Park

The Going-to-the-Sun Road Shuttle gives visitors an option to see the scenery and avoid traffic and parking problems. The entrance fee into the park provides free and unlimited access to the shuttles. Ride as often as you like and enjoy.

For your convenience there are three shuttle transit stations, Apgar Transit Center, Logan Pass and St. Mary Visitor Center. Glacier's shuttle service has 17 shuttle stops. At each stop double-sided signs have area features and information. See the many sights by changing shuttle destinations, getting off and on often to explore the park.

The first shuttle leaves from the Apgar Transit Center and the St. Mary Visitor Center at 7:00am and the last returning shuttle will leave Logan Pass at 7:00pm. The St. Mary Valley and Apgar shuttles will run every 30 minutes. The Lake McDonald Valley shuttles will run every 15-30 minutes during the day. Schedules are available at transit points, in park publications and handouts.

All shuttles are Americans with Disabilities Act accessible with either a wheel chair ramp or lift. Some stops are not fully compliant with ADA due to the unique challenges along this historic route. Shuttle signs will designate accessible restroom facilities.

Road construction and unexpected animal delays may occasionally impact arrival and departure times.
