Bozeman: Modern and Traditional - Bozeman

We built this custom home a few years ago. Blending modern convenience with traditional details, this gold-LEED house is flooded with light and space. Hardwood floors, integrated stereo, cottage garden, Carrera marble in the kitchen and bath all just a few blocks from Main Street and MSU, and close to Bridger Bowl, Big Sky, and Yellowstone National Park. The upper level bedrooms are locked off and unoccupied -- you have the house to yourself.

The Space

New home with highest-quality details; light-flooded gourmet kitchen; beautiful backyard with chickens (don't worry the neighbor takes care of them but feel free to get some breakfast eggs!); deck and patio with three-burner Weber grill; close proximity to Main Street; great trails accessible across the street. Honestly, this is the best place you could land in Bozeman's downtown historic district!

Guest Access

You have access to the main floor, the downstairs, and the garden. The upstairs is unoccupied and locked off. Your space is about 2000 square feet. There is as bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the den are two single beds. Guests sleeping in those have separate access to the primary ensuite, and everyone has access to the half bath on the main floor.

Our neighbor will be available to welcome you and for any questions during your stay. We can also be reached by phone should any larger issues arise.

The Neighborhood

This house is located in the South Black South Tracy Historic District. Walk across the street from the house and you access Linear Trail, an old railroad line converted to a trail and perfect for your morning run. Connect from there to Peets Hill for fabulous views of the entire Gallatin Valley. Also three minutes from the house is Bogert Park, with a big playground and weekly farmer's markets in the summer. And, a few more paces brings you to the Bozeman Library.

Getting Around

Street parking is ample. You can walk to the middle of Main Street in about five minutes, (ten minutes if you're really strolling). We have a hybrid bike and lock that comes with the rental so you can pedal your way around town if you like.
